Tandoori Fish

Method

  1. Make deep cuts at a distance of one inch intervals on whole fish.
  2. Soak it in the mixture of yoghurt, salt, red chilli powder for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Remove the fish from the mixture and bake it in a hot oven at 200°C for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the oven and brush it with the mixture of melted butter, cumin powder and tomato powder.
  5. Lower oven and bake it again for 3 - 4 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with the sliced lemon and serve it hot with baked potatoes or green salad.
